When Steven and I fell in love during our senior year in junior high school, we did not realize that it was not only the beginning of our relationship, but the beginning of our careers.

Steven worked at his father's restaurant in Little Italy, and wanting to be with him, I worked there also. We learned everything from Poppi at Florio's and bring to our new restaurant all of his wonderful teachings, recipes, and authentic style of comfort and pleasure.

Our first restaurant, The Deli Club; in Hudson, New York was successful not only as restaurant, but as a catering service known as Club Caterers. We sold the restaurant in 1988 when our son Robbie began to walk, and I wanted to be a full time mother. We continued catering and now that Robbie is in school, we're ready to do what we love to do, serve delicious, home made, high quality foods.

We have a strong conviction that food should be delicious, beautiful, plentiful, and affordable. With this in mind we have been successful in catering to all our customers with complete pride and confidence.
