Helpful Hints When Buying Property

Different towns have different things to offer. Get to know the lifestyle in the community in which you are interested.
Make a list of features that are absolutely necessary. (Bedrooms, baths, garage)
Make a list of what features would be nice to have - Do you want privacy? A view?
Have an open mind to compromise, what you may have in mind, may not be there.
If you don't see exactly what you want, you may want to consider building a new rather than remodeling an older home.
Feel free to discuss likes and dislikes with your Realtor. Explain your own lifestyle and how the property needs to fit into it.
Have fun! If looking at 10 houses a day seems like a lot, then look at 5. Take time to really look at what is out there.
