What is Hospice and Supportive Care?

A special way of caring for the terminally ill and their families by providing: Medical, Physical, Social, Emotional, Spiritual and Bereavement Support.


Who Provides the Care?

Trained professionals and volunteers offering Pain Management, Comfort, Companionship, and Respite Support.


Who Are the Volunteers?

The "Heart" of the Hospice and Supportive Care programs are our trained volunteers who donate their time to care for others. They come from "all walks of life" and provide direct patient care, respite, bereavement support and fundraising.


How Are Referrals Made?

Referrals can be made by anyone, including family members, physicians, hospital discharge planning staff, home health care professionals, clergy, etc.
