The program refers screened applicants saving the employer many hours of time consuming pre-screening.
The employer chooses the people to be hired. The participants hired are the company's employees from the first day of work. They are paid by the employer and require no special treatment.
Invoicing Procedures are streamlined for easy submission. Invoices are submitted monthly indicating hours worked.
OJT staff are available for counseling and assistance when needed.
