CLASSROOM TRAINING (CRT BTEP's Classroom Training/Placement Specialist possess the expertise to design customized shortterm educational programs which will place you in high DEMAND for a full-time job. · BTEP will also supplement the PELL and other grants to assist you in getting an education without incurring out-o,f pocket expenses. · BTEP sta, jj`'ofj`'er guidance, encouragement and "You Can Do It" support throughout your training and job search. ************ ON THE JOB TRAIMNG (OJT BTEP's On-the Job Training Program offers the following services to Employers: · Prescreening of talent pool to match employer needs. · Provide resumes of viable candidates and schedule interviews. · On-the-,Tob Training will fund up to 50 o of the employee's wages for a period of two to six months to defray the costs associated with training. · Staff personnel responsive to employee inquiries and needs.
